Speak!, Acrylic on Canvas, 30" x48", Rørpost Art Collaboration 2017 has been a year for reflection on my past work and some new initiatives with other Nova Scotia artists. Notably, I was one of the five artists on the executive committee of the Rørpost collaboration project: 48 artists from Esbjerg, Denmark and Halifax, Canada collaborated with randomly selected partners to develop their own global narrative to create collaborative and solo works of art. I participated in the Blue Mountain Birch Cove Art Exhibit at the Keshen Goodman Library to publicize the need for preserving wilderness parkland within Halifax municipality. I also started doing commissioned figurative painting. ![]() ![]() Forest Sentinals, Acrylic on canvas, 30"h x 40"w , 2017 Hollis Street: Autumn Day, Acrylic on canvas, 12"h x 16"w, 2014
